Periods still not come

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I married last year. still i m not get pregnant . last 3 months continouly im getting periods late . Now al most 50 gone . Still periods not come. I checked with doctor , whethor this im pregant , But dr said No . So pls let me know what problem and what i do now.
