Hello doctor, I am currently on breastfeeding wth my baby of 1 year old. I got my periods in Jan. Can I start wth my sexual activity? As it's been long time

Definitely.during breast feeding you can resume your sexual activity but caution for pregnancy and use some contraception

Hi. Yes you can resume your normal life style . But please use a contraceptive to avoid unwanted preg .
