Want to know that can I give my daughter tranexa and primolut N both to stop heavy periods as one doctor prescribed both so is it safe.

Yes can give both
Make sure that daughter drink lots of water and fruits
Take Syp Dexorange 2 spoons three times a day for 20 days
Take a boiled egg daily

Hi. Yes you can give tranexa 500 three times for 3 days till the effect of primolut takes place . Once bleeding stops stop tranexa , but continue primolut in the same dose for 10 days . If you stop in between bleeding will start again .
