Periods missing

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I missed my periods three times in a row ,I took home pregnancy test and all of them are negative,i don't hav sore brest or stomach cramps ,what is the problem if I m not pregnant?

Hi, did you gain weight in resent past? Do you have coarse hairs on limbs or hairs on upper lips? If yes then this may be explained as PCOS. Otherwise some times it happens idiopathic without any reason, rarely due to some endometrial or hormonal disturbances at various levels. You may get progetrone withdrawal in idiopathic.
