Periods missing after taking I pill

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi ,I had unprotected sex on 25 jan and took I pill within 20 hours. I didn't get any withdrawal bleeding this time which ai usually get. My periods starts on 13 th day every month but I havent had periods till today.my cycle is for 30 days and and I am breastfeeding mother. I did a hone pregnancy test today but it's negetive. Could I be pregnant?
