Do test in early morning,with first sample of urine which u pass in early morning .

You can take it after a week. In blood increase hcg levels appears first but in urine after a week.. So if u take before a week in urine it will come mostly negative.. it's better to try after 10-14days.. for best results, and as stated by Dr.Sushma morning sample is best for it, and that too midstream sample.
