Asked for Female, 26 Years

For the month of September my date was due on 25th but I got my periods on 2 October so no periods in the month of September!! Though I had those changes in my body and all those pains but no periods! I am confused what could be the problem please guide !

If u are doubtful about being pregnant u may do a Urine pregnancy test to clear ur doubts,this depends on if u had unprotected sex or if u had ipills? Have you been gaining weight and are u having any PCOs or thyroid,based on these information we shall be able to advise you further on this.
