  4. Periods late by 10 days. Be the problem?

Periods late by 10 days
My periods are always regular but this time it's late by 10 days. I have already take pregnancy test at home and it's negative. I have period like symptoms all these delayed days, like lower abdomen pain and back pain. But no periods. My thyroid levels are normal. What would be the problem ? Please help
