Periods issue
I got second miscarriage on september 2025 due to no heart beat.From september till last I got my periods regularly and on time.Suddenly this month I got slight black and brown discharge for 3 days. I took pregnancy test negative.My gyno suggested crina ncr 10mg for 3days my last dosage on 16th tuesday june still i have not got my periods.When can i expect my periods.Why this has been happened.I am trying for pregnancy

First  of all for your periods wait upto 10 days post your last dose of crina ncr...u will get ur periods.....if still u don't get periods then inform your gynaec. Secondly for pregnancy you need a thorough investigation...so please connect
