  4. Periods issue. To induce periods?

I am 2 days late on my periods..symptoms are still there..back ache,mood swings and irriation. I have a hyperthyroidism and taking medicines fr it. I have a cycle of 30 days mostly but it is 2 days late. I am feeling irritated. Is there any medicine to induce periods?
