Periods is not coming

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My periods is not coming it's late by 15 days. And one more problem I want to discuss that before 2-3 years I made viginal tight-lipped surgery before of hard personal problem. In this condition any wrong effect happened on vigina? (some cyst type) please help me. I am worried about my sensitive part
