Periods got delayed by 48 days
My periods got delayed by 48 days for the first time. Usually my cycle comes in order. Recently I visited my hometown, where the weather is humid and hot. Could that be the reason why it's delayed. And the pregnancy test is negative. 6 months back, the USG results was normal.
Do I need to go for any examinations?
