I have gained weight across my belly area and abdominals and have periods delay each month, I am trying to reduce my weight although, but there is no much appealing change

Hello, delay in periods, abdominal obesity,, pain during periods, or backache,, could be a sign of polycystic ovarian disease or hypothyroidism most commonly among this age females, even just life style changes(high junk foods, less physical activity) can make you obese and leads to irregular periods, in that case all you need to do is avoiding junk foods and adding exercise to daily routine, helps for obesity and for polycystic ovarian disease.
