Periods delay
Am 30yrs old. My periods delayed 4 days.so am drinking fenugreek boiled water since 2 days.now am feeling slight throat pain. Fenugreek makes body cold so am i feeling throat discomfort while swallowing food? Please advice.

Don't worry, do salt water gargling and drink warm water your sore throat will subside, regarding your periods wait for one more week then if it doesn't happen you can consult me online..

The sore throat u have is less likely to do with your fenugreek water.. have salt water gargles and steam inhalation Also have a watch on other symptoms like fever, cough or breathlessness Coming to delay in periods ,wait for 35 days for last period.. if still didn't resume,have a consultation

You can prefer salt water gargling or betadaine gargling twice a day ,if symptoms persist do a online consultation with a pulmonologist for further evaluation
