Periods are late

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My periods were late. Like 15 days late than usual. I consulted a gynecologist and after the check thyroid was high and hemoglobin was low. She gave me a medicine for both and also mefmate to induce the periods. I have completed the course by Saturday itself. Even after this it didn't happened. Do I need to consult the doctor again or shall I wait for few more days. Normally how many days it will take to get periods after the course completion of mefmate tablets.
