Periods after 7 months post partum
I got periods after 7 months of delivery . It's been 6 days , very light bleeding , no cramps and the bleeding has not stopped yet. Is there anything to be worried. Do I need to consult. My weight has gained excessively after delivery from 70 kg to 100 kgm is this the reason. I am partially breast feeding. Baby has started with solids.

Overweight produces menstrual problems. Try to reduce weight. Breast feeding also causes decrease flow during periods. Take less fats and carbohydrates. Do daily exercise and yoga. Go for Thyroid profile.
