  4. Periods 12 days. That i can be pregnant?

Periods 12 days
My last period date was 20th August and after that I had intercourse on 30 August and in that week I took ipill three times. I skipped my periods date on 20th September. On 26th September I did HCG test and report says it is 0.2 HCG. And after that on 28 September I did home pregnancy kit test that was also negative. What are the chances that I can be pregnant?
