Periodontics issue
I had removed teeth 28 as it it's position is bad . After removal and followup suture removal I had weird tight feeling and heaviness there . Than post one month CBCT says 1. Thin shape Palatal cortical plate margin with small discontinuity at apex of palate socket 2. Mild periodontitis in the existing posterior teeth . So does it mean I STILL HAD INFECTION THERE and need dental treatment again

What are the symptoms now ? Why was the CBCT done ? CBCT one month post op will show that characteristics as it takes time for bone formation. Mild periodontitis could be due to lack of cleaning in that area as it was affected.
Next Steps
- Get scaling done.
