Periodic cycle delayed because of dengue
I was predicted by dengue on 30 October and after three days I was hospitalised than after doing the blood test it was found that there were certain infections in my body,So I was hospitalised for 20 days .Now I am completely fine but my menstrual cycle got delayed .My last period was on 20 Sept till now I m not getting periods pls suggest
