Period skip for 1 month
The last time I had my period was in Nov 11th and hence I expected the next cycle to be around Dec 11 th but it skipped and I did not get my period till now. My diet is good, no pregnancy/sex, but dontknow whats the problem. One doubt I have is I do masturbation sometimes which I think that may have caused this issue but somewhere I have read masturbation also doesn't cause this problem. I am tensed now because this never happened. Last year, once my period got skipped by a month and then I got it again after I had coconut water, papaya juice and all health remedies. Again from then My periods were on regular cycles. Again now I missed one month cycle. I have tried papaya juice last week. Got stomach pain and I expected I woukd get it but didnot get. Please help and let me know what would be the cause ? When can I get it ? Or suggest me if I should consult a doctor ? Or help me in taking any other health remedies by myself ? Please do help :) Thanks in Advance !!

You are suffering from irregular periods. Remember the body and all the functions like sleep, hunger, menses etc are under the control of the brain and the mind. I suspect you are stressed up and high strung. Try yoga, meditation along with regular aerobic exercises. Take a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Take a lot of fluids. You should be having normal periods !

Hi ... In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, mentrual irregularities occurs.. Periods can be delayed for a single cycle or it can be delayed in every cycle. If the delay is in only a single cycle, the most likely cause is a temporary cause like stress
