Period related queries. Consultation

Mam my period was scheduled on 17 Feb which got delayed. I have tested urine pregnancy test on 19 and 23 which was negative in both test and period like bleeding came on 24 Feb ..later my period like flow came on 26 March (approx 30 days) but I m suffering from constant fever from past 15 days doctor told me for uti medication but as medicine completed it again started with fever headache body and chest pain my cbc reports shows low mcv and mch rest all are normal I rested upt during my uti medication still comes negative... Now should I still worry for pregnancy as I don't want pregnancy...an was that both are my periods or pregnancy do have such flows...pls help me I don't want pregnancy 😭😭 pls help me I can't afford online consultation 🙏🙏
