Period problem - pcod

I'm 28 and my gf is 24 and s he has pcod. We had intercourse and she gonna doing some checkups related to pcod, so will it come to know to doctor whether we had intercourse or not ? Last time when she undergone checkups they examined physically, so worried about if they do it again, whether they come to know we had intercourse?
