Period Problem
Hi, In November I have under gone C-section delivery. After that I got my first period now after 7 th day of period it stopped but again on 9 th day spotting and bleeding happened and 11 th day again faced same problem.. Is it normal or anything to worry? And also I need suggestions on how to reduce my tummy after c section . Thanks in advance.

It happens many times before your menstrual cycle is re-established. Since you have irregular periods during this time it is possible that you may become pregnant and not know about it. Please get an Intrauterine Contraceptive device fitted. You will remain safe.
