Period Pain
Hi I am a 25 year old female, my nipples hurt about 2 weeks before my period along with ocassional abdominal pain like contractions, which stops after my periods,this has been happening simce i was 18 years of age.The pain stopped for a few months recently but it's back again. The amount of blood lost seems to be getting lesser with age. This year i missed my period twice ,ever since i quit my job in November 2015.My haemoglobin count is 13 and TSH is 5.5I , I also get body soreness before my period and NO I'm not pregnant.I would like to know if this normal, I also have a big tummy. I weigh 57 Kgs and my Height is 5.5 feet. Please do advise , I have a thrity five to forty day cycle.

Breast tenderness before menses is absolutely normal thing.... Your hb is normal... Your thyroid is upper normal level... As Your wt and ht is in proportion kindly do abdominal muscle strength exercise... Menstrual patterns keeps on changing according to age no need to wry... Better consult a gynac
