I am facing this problem for last one week where my breasts are hurting. Also the nipples remain tight for most of the times. I am one week over due my last period date. I am having protected sex.

Hello...... Breast tightness is due to harmonal variation.... This is exepcted with the rise of progesterone.. Breast tightness, nauseating feeling, mood swing, irritability etc.. are the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.. But you are having this problem since 1 week, you have missed period, consult gynaecologist........
