  4. Period pain and nose bleed. Any advices?

Period pain and nose bleed
Heavy bleeding during periods abd also nose bleed sometimes and headache...not on birth control... Any advices? Thanks

Hi, improve ur routine with respect to diet n exercise , this will help n visit Gynac if things repeat or consult me online for solution. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
