Period or Miscarriage
So I was supposed to start my period on 12th June 2023 but It came a day early (11th June 2023). I feel like this happened because I took a morning after pill on the 4th week of May (I don't remember which date) Anyway, this period is different. The first day was a hell. I got diarrhea and I was out fainting, in tons of unbearable pain that hasn't happened before and I got heat wave sort of thing, like my whole face and head would heat up and I was shaking and sweating. I remember this same thing happen once when I had an abortion and now I'm think could I have been pregnant and got a miscarriage due to the pill or it's just something normal. Also, I'm not bleeding. I barely bled on the first day and it's not second and it's been night to now there's no blood on my pad. Please help.

You had your last period on 11 May. You had intimacy around 25 May. After that you had an i pill. 25 May was a fertile window. It is possible that you could have conceived. Please get your beta HCG level and sonography scan of your abdomen and consult a Gynaecologist for further management.
