Asked for Male, 18 Years

I am a pcos patient . My earlier weigh was 90 kg but now it's 82 kg. Still period are not normal. I was having period for months so took one dose of primolute n and tranexa a day for a week but my period stopped for 10 days only. Please tell is it something serious like cancer?? I am 15 years old and I am scared. Please tell what to do and what medicine to take to Stop period now
