I had sex on 7th day of my periods, and I had unwanted 72 next day. I am spotting on 12th day after taking pill and it was more than spotting. Is it normal i took pregnancy test twice and its negative but my period is also miss am i pregnant

After sex taken ipill .Due to that you are getting spotting because it contains high level of progesterone , wait you will resume your period but takes time.

The irregular bleeding you had was due to effect of unwanted 72 that you hv taken.
Do a beta hcg blood test now.
If thats negative wait for spontaneous resumption of menstrual cycles
