Asked for Male, 23 Years

My girlfriend had her last period on 16th of july and i had sex with her on16 of August it was secure but after removing condom i didn't clean my organ and inserted it. now she is late by 18 days and we had twice checked with preganews pregnancy test on 5th of September its showing one pink line now it's 6th of September what it can be???
