Hlw Dr.,my age is 21 and weight is 48.i have pcos (bilateral)..i am not so fat or thin but perfect..give me some advise in which i get rid of these problem..And is it will be cure ?Then how much takes time to be cure?

Usually 6months if you will take regular treatment for cycle regulation.Try to reduce the weight and consume more proteins diet like dal, paneer,milk and eat dry fruits also.
