Period after intercourse
Hello doc, My period is due on next week, but 2 days ago after intercourse period started. Last year I tested myself i had cyst on my ovary. I took medicine for 6 months and then my period is regular . So is there any possibility that my cyst regrown or anything else, which causes bleeding after I intercourse. And I want to get pregnant, so can I easily get pregnant or anything I need to do. Kindly tell me in details.

Hai get a sonography done to know regarding the cyst And take folicacid tablet preconceptionally

Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once at bedtime for six months

For planning for pregnancy you need to get the following tests done 1. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness and antral follicle count on day 2 of periods 2. Serum TSH fasting levels 3. Serum Prolactin 4. Husband semen analysis 5. Hysterosalpingogram from day 6-9 of periods for tubal patency
Health Tips
If all reports are normal 1. Take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg at bedtime from day 2-6 of periods 2.Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards 3. After ovulation,Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. 4. Take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days from day 17-26 of periods Avoid lifting weights and stress and dehydration and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple Take milk with turmeric at night for both partners Take a boiled egg daily
