Perigestational hemorrhage around. 4 cc
Hi, My wife pregnancy of 13 weeks, last time when we had regular scan found issue of perigestational hemorrhage of 1.5 cmx 1.3 cm , so doctor had suggested for injection Enoxaparin 40 IP for alternative days, after that recently we had NT scan in that we saw the reduced volume of perigestational hemorrhage considerably amount (0.4 cc). Doctor is telling that we have to take injection till 8 months even though the blood clots completely reduced, my query is that is there any other way we can have treatment instead od taking injection 💉 alternative days. Kindly suggest me on this...

Actually Low molecular weight Haparin and Ecosprin are used for such situations but with inadequate scientific proof. But once it is started, nobody will have the courage to stop it. It is just that

Instead you can take Ecospirin 75 mg. TDS Bed rest
