Severe peptic ulcer in the stomach and passed out black watery stool and vomit blood just once and took little rice cooked like porridge with salt ate nothing else,he feel very weak and have no strength to walk by his own,how can we treat him at home,and also have diabetes BP is normal right now

Passing of black stools indicates bleeding from the GI tract. Do not attempt to treat the patient at home. Rush to the nearest Healthcare centre with a facility of Gastroenterologist, ENDoscopy and is well equipped for ICU care.
