Penta vaccination
My baby had Pentaxim vaccination given to right leg last month...today the same vaccination is given to same leg...is there any problem???

It is generally okay if the child received it in the same thigh. Sometimes child receive multiple vaccinations in both/ same limbs and hence it occurs.
