Pennis tip is little swell
From the last 1 week suffering from urinary track infections urine routine nd culture report was clear that it was urinary track infection feeling burning sensation at the bigining of urination doctor gives me martifur mr 100 bd 10 days and fosfomycin powder one sachet  with urispas bd 5days...I am drinking lot of water and urinate a lot..but from today onwards I found that the tip of my penis was slightly swollen what is it ? Is it anything serious I am attaching picture...please suggest me something
