I am 22 years old. I have done pennies enlargement surgery in childhood days itself. But my pennies is small during normal and during erection it get big. And I have a itching problem in pennies.

Its normal phenomenon. Penis is small when flacid and size increases after erection. Also penis size doesn't matter. So relax regarding it. For itching maintain proper hygiene, clean smegma that collects under the foreskin regularly. If itching continues consult dermatologist in person.
