Penis top head issue
I never had sexual intercourse and my penis is head is so sensitive i can even touch it it feel weird and penis head having a red pimple its hurts sometimes and after masterbation its burning. Pls give us suggestions. I m using neosporin antibiotic ointment past 10 days 2 times a day still not improvement
