Penis tip burning

Asked for Male, 56 Years

There is some irritation/slight burning at the tip of of my penis which seems to hinder my urination a bit. Also the ejaculation gets slightly hindered. I have been observing this problem for about past two weeks. Please advise. My recent reading of PSA is 2.26 ng/ml taken about a month back. My ultrasound report for abdomen indicates normal kidney and prostrate. I am under diabetic and hypertension medication for five years and the same is under control. I am 56 Years.
