Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello, I am unmarried boy & my age is 25 years. I want to know that is it compulsory to uplift upper skin of penis whenever we do masturbation or sex? Actually I am doing masturbation without uplifting upper skin of penis. Is it normal? I am unable to uplift skin because it's very painful for me. So any solution for this? Once I uplifted skin but afterwards I faced my issues while doing toilet for 3 days. So is it normal? Please suggest some solution. Thanks.
