Penis size reduced during gastritis

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am suuferd from gestric problem and sometime when Gestric problem will occur then i feel my penis pulled backside and penis size reduced And my abdomen is bloamed I feel giddiness.... When i go for excrete fecal matal After thatwill Comes in its normal size.. I m suffering from this condition from last 2 year..... It will not happen regularly but sometime it will occur.... Sir please suggest me what should i do...... Is this a neurological problem , digestive priblem or sexual problem......
