Hi, My penis size is 3.5inch when it's fully erected.will I be able to make my wife pregnant? And please suggest me good food and health habits to increase erection and better sperm count

Size has no relation with pregnancy.. Sperm count and motility should be good.. Get ur semen analysis test done to be sure.. If any issue in that , then take herbal supplements.. To be sexually fit completely.. To satisfy your partner completely.. To be a parent soon
