Penis side and buttocks itching
I have seen fungal-like infections under and side of the pennis and centre of my buttocks, During the night I feel something moving in my buttocks and feel to do itching and while driving I can not sit on the seat I feel pain inside my buttocks. Are these pinworms/piles/fungal infections? I tried hot water with salt for 10 minutes of cleaning and applied smooth cream the last 7 days on my buttocks but still the same. now I'm trying five derm creams but after a few hours of these again starts itching. Please tell me what is this and what is the treatment for this

Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage and spread
