The small patch of skin can have various reasons. Could you because of an infection or because of some inflammation and it is not possible to say which without a proper examination. Kindly get the condition examined to know more about the probable cause so that it can be treated accordingly. You can either meet a dermatologist directly or you can do an online consult.
