I had "unprotected" sex with girlfriend both anal and vaginal . After few days I felt weakness and fever.i had taken treatment for that , it took long time to recover from that , but still some colourless liquid is coming out through penis ... Is it due to any STD or a urine track infection.. Plz guide me
