How to wash my penis if semen comes out?and many a times my penis gets erect when i feel sleepy or cold. But u dont know why? Hello.... I understand your problem, I think you should know that Even if you have a lot of wet dreams( night fall) it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. Some guys have wet dreams a few times a week. Others may only have a couple of wet dreams during their entire life.
Once you start releasing sperm by masturbating or having sex with a partner, you may have fewer wet dreams.... As far as concentrating on your studies Any skill worth having requires practice. Learning to focus is no different. Invest time in mastering attention training or meditation. Both are great ways to practice taming distractions and improving focus.
