One week ago when i met wife, my foreskin is teared little, and now my penis hole and top becomes red and when i move foreskin backward it is very painful. I used cypladine for cut, and now my foreskin is feeling tight. Is that a indication of diabetes ? Pleasr help me. I am 40 year old married.
