Tear on the Foreskin

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I got a tear on my penis foreskin due to friction while having an erection while sleeping. It bled. Put ice on it to stop bleeding. Went to a urologist. Was suggested Oral antibiotics along with pain killers for a period of 5 days.Have been taking the medicines since 3 days. Still experience pain while retracting the foreskin. Meanwhile the wound is off white in colour now. Is everything okay? Do i need to wash the wound regularly with water because i am not doing it now. Also it is a pain retracting my foreskin to wash the wound. Am just leaving the foreskin as it is.Will the wound heal on its own?Any help will be appreciated.
