Pls see my penis position is it normal in it's state it always seem to light erected but it not i attach my penis picture when it is flaccid is it normal that it not bent down its head always straight pls say

Why are you worried about your penis position at this young age? It is normal. Give attention to studies, sports etc. Leave the penis alone !
