The day i am facing this problem - after few days me penis colour becomes reddish black & lot of veins are visible . Now the colour is fine . I stopped masterbaion also completely its my 45 day without masterbation .Recently I meet a urologist for this problem - he examined me physically . The examination shows m not having hernia / hydrocele / Phimosis & he prescribed me a pregabalin 75 mg + methylcabamin capsule for 10 days . Still having minor pain in penis especially during hard erection & burning feeling while I urinate . Also some tingling sensation of nerves. Suggest me  What exactly is happening with me ?

You may need some investigation like MRI of pelvic, please consult urologist and give him detailed history of your problem.
